Finebaum joined First Take to debate whether the SEC or the Big Ten got the better deal, and his answer was somewhat surprising. Finebaum said the Big Ten made the better additions because of what the Los Angeles market will bring if USC gets rolling under Lincoln Riley.

Big ten fans pay more money for an inferior product.

Los Angeles doesn't watch college football. It's a pro sports town, like all other major cities. Finenbaum is a moron.

Los Angeles is a pro sports town but when USC is good, the city tunes in. The one thing I agree with Finebaum and what I have been saying on here is the Lincoln Riley factor is huge. He is the perfect coach for them. Plus it may be the most fertile recruiting ground in the nation. A huge get for the B1G.

The SEC already had that with Aggie. Marginal gains with Tejas

Marquee matchups 3 time zones apart. Good luck with OSU at USC ratings when the game ends after midnight eastern time. It makes no sense

Finebaum still talking about TV markets while SEC fans just care about football.

We are so 1980s, but he' still so 2010's.

I think the SEC knows what it is doing and it has to make up for the one mistake of letting Mizz in.

No he's not. It's about the number of national eyeballs tuning into a particular game, not regional markets, dipshit.

Yes it is.

He has rejuvenated that place. Recruits are lining up. To be honest, I'm excited for the competition and a little nervous knowing what he might do with the resources around him.

Never realized how needy the OSU fans were. Imagine searching out other conference message board just to seek affirmation. We cant cure your feelings of self doubt. Go away, get counseling

USC is a bigger brand than Oklahoma. Your own coach even said so.

USC would rather cheer synchronized swimming than football.

It’s only better if USC or UCLA are winning. People in LA like winners. No winning? No care. Just like the Lakers Dodgers and Rams.

No they're not. Makai Lemon and Malachi Nelson flipped from OU to USC when he left and those are two of his top 3 commits. Go look at their commit list. They aren't landing any OL or DL whatsoever and the defensive recruiting as a whole is a joke. It's all QBs, WRs, and RBs as per usual

LA never cared about USC football even when they won. Their ratings for games have never been great.
