Alright, enough is enough.

UGA's regular season record against the west from 92 when divisions first split:

bama: 3-5
au: 18-11-1
ark: 9-2
lsu: 5-3
ole miss: 12-4
msu: 7-1
atm: 1-0

55-26-1

AU's regular season record against the east from 92 when divisions first split:

uf: 6-9
uga: 11-18-1
tenn: 6-3
uk: 7-1
sc: 7-2
vandy: 8-2
mizz: 1-0

46-35-1

It appears that since we went to divisions in 1992, UGA has done better overall in the regular season against the west than auburn has against the east. Against the "big 3" from the other division, UGA is 26-19-1 against the west while AU is 23-30-1 against the east's. Basically, for 20 years AU feasted on the little 3 in the east of vandy/sc/kentucky when those schools were barely above HS level programs.

So please, continue telling us all about how AU has only sucked as a program for 3 decades because they play in the west.

Typical response from someone that looks at something from 30K feet. What was their records the year they played ? What was the years and record that they played the better teams from the other Division? Remember when UF and UT were good? Did they play the other divisons team the year they won a NC? Who won. I know AU beat UF the year they won the NC. How did UGa do against UF the years they won a NC?

Then look at the coach of those opposing teams. MSU and OM went through a phase of being physical. Same with Ark,LSU and Bama. Most teams in the East were very weak over the years, especially after UT went downhill. That too has a effect on a team's injury reports.

That is why FSU and Clemson were so dominate over the years. The had a very light schedule that helped them achieve their goals. UGA has had the same but could reach their goals.
