It was called "Slutwiler" way back in the 70s when I was at Bama.

Last time I engaged a conversation like this, it was with my ex gf's neighbor. He was a fellow bama alum, and the year behind me. His wife got a little put off by the slutwiler comment he made, so I just dumped gas on the fire by mentioning our history department building

I didn't live in Tut when I was in school there in the mid 80's, but my daughter lived there the year before last in her freshman year.

I thought it was a dump when I was in school, it was even worse when my daughter stayed there. There is mold all over the place, the elevators still never work, the carpet in common areas on each floor I think are NASTY!!

My daughter laughed about it being call Slutwiler. It is still call that.
