You said it yourself, in Atlanta, if one has enough money, they can avoid the shittiness. And yes, like every big city, there are shitty things about Atlanta.
But in Knoxville, and Tennessee as a whole, there's no amount of money that one could have to avoid the shittiness there.

I think a rotation of Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville, New Orleans and Houston would be more interesting. Hell throw Birmingham and Little Rock into the mix too.
