Auburn offered a couple of unranked guys:
WR Nakai Poole, Norcross GA — Ole Miss and LSU have offered as well. Will visit this weekend.
DE Ashley Williams, Zachary LA — Auburn is by far his best offer. Last year might have been his first season of football. 22 TFL and 14 sacks. He’s a big guy. 6’5, 255

Not unusual to offer unranked kids this time of year. Most work being done is scouting and evaluations so we’ll see offers go out and rankings/ratings to follow.

Looks like we're on pace to yet again sign no top 100 players while our major rivals sign 12-14 a piece.

I think we sign a couple top 100 players. Do I think we will sign a top 25 player probably not. Worst case this season is probably a 12th ranked recruiting class. 8th should be the expectation. Top 5 and it’s a job well done. We can’t continue to be behind 4-5 conference teams each cycle.
