Regressed all the way to beating your arse 10 out of 11 times.

Before Nick Saban Miami was 4-12 before Nick Saban and 1-15 without him.

It really is bizarre how much it pisses off Bammers that Saban failed as a NFL coach.
I will be eternally grateful that Saban was not more successful and happy in the NFL. If not, he would not have landed at Alabama. And if he had not landed at Alabama, Alabama would not have won 10 of their last 11 against LSU.

Looks like Flores cultivated better relationships among the media than in the Dolphins franchise. Yeah, I would've fired his arse too. Tua is good enough but the offensive line got to be better. As a marginal head coach in the NFL Flores doesn't have the skins on the wall to be an arse.
A lot of people don't say it but the Bengals if not for playoff choking would be lauded for having one of the best front offices in the NFL. The Bengals have drafted well consistently for nearly two decades. Look up the players to come through that organization.

Tua was a tremendous college quarterback, but he doesn’t have the mental acumen to succeed in the pros.
That and his body has never fully recovered from the hip injury. Seriously, watch Tua's downfield throws in college compared to the pros. His arm strength and zip is completely gone.

6-10 with the Joey Harrington as QB and almost made the playoffs.
At any rate, it's pretty obvious you don't care about the reality, so not really much reason to keep this going.

Honestly we were a better offense with Mac once he got some experience. He worked his arse off and was as prepared as the coaches when it came to the game plan. Ran a more expansive offense with Mac Jones. Didn’t have quite the arm talent of Tua but he could still make all the throws.
To be fair, Mac Jones has a football supercomputer in his brain. Tom Brady once said the Patriots ran 500 to 600 different pass plays a season. I felt like Bama did the same during the 2020 season. They were so creative and diverse due to Mac's complete mastery of the offense and his uncanny ability to read defenses. He had the poise and intelligence of a 10-year veteran NFL QB in college. It's sort of unfair to compare any QB to him.

What?! Talk about distorted reality. Miami went 6-10, last in its division. A full three games behind the second wild-card spot. And it is obvious I don’t care about reality?

This will be tough for ignorant t-shirt Bama fans to understand, but I’ll try to explain. Flores’ first year in Miami, in 2019, he was given a team gutted of talent. The team traded away some of its best players to try to tank. Flores still managed to go 5-11. He then went 10-6 and 9-8 the past two years. Total record: 24-25.
Milk Man seems to get a little testy when someone proves him wrong!..he should be getting used to it by now!

In week 14, the Miami Dolphins were 6-7 and had just beat New England 21-0.
They weren't knocked out of the playoffs until week15 when they lost to the Bills.
Yes, you don't care about reality.

A team that went 6-10, finished last in its division, three games behind the second wild card “almost made the playoffs.”

If they had finished the season with wins, they would have finish 9-7. 2 of those wins would have come at the expense of teams in their own divisions.
The Jets would have been 9-7 as well, and the Bills would have been 6-10.

By your logic, Flores “almost” coached the Dolphins to the 1 seed in the AFC. He was only three wins away. So he still did a better job than Saban.
