Some UGA guys are saying Darnell Washington is going to leave UGA for Bama after Bowers became the man for UGA and has 2 year left. That would be nice pick-up
That would be really nice!

I hope they convince Sanders to stay he is a stud and can be a key contributor

I want a Sanders-Gibbs-Wheaton backfield like we had with Harris-Jacobs-Najee. There’s a ton of potential to split Gibbs out in the slot

Your going to be really impressed with Henderson as well.

This is another reason why I hope BooB gets one of these NFL jobs. I don't think he's creative enough to make use of a player like Gibbs.

I know 247 portal site isn't the official portal but has anyone else noticed they've listed all our portal guys except Sanders?

No Jase? He is a weapon as well. This spring or sooner there will probably be some shuffling / transferring bc of crowded numbers but as this year showed, you can’t have too many

I saw that too. They seem to wait for paperwork or something to be processed

There is a formal process you have to go through, my guess is they are just waiting for official word instead of social media.
In the era of NIL, these deals are getting worked out before official news ever hits. Complete free agency with one year contracts.

Mims is being thrown around as a guy that might transfer as well. Would be an ideal pickup considering we're losing both OT's and Latham, should he stick around, might be more suited to play OG.

Latham is a prototypical offensive tackle. He literally is built like he was designed in a lab to play OT. No way is he more suited to playing guard.

Washington and Mims would be great additions

no transfers from TAMU ? I expected more with the amount of 5 stars they have been collecting

Are we looking at a punter or will we keep rolling with Burnip?
Posted on 1/12/22 at 9:56 am to Mobtro
The guy is no field flipper for sure but hopefully he will get better. I don't believe he can kick a ball 60 yards from toe to receiver. He's a 50-52 yard guy and that is ordinary.

Jay Bramblett left ND because he wants to be closer to home. He's from Tuscaloosa and averaged 42.6 yards per punt. No clue if we're looking at him, though.

Yea - Burnup is just an average punter, but he is definitely a step up from the post-JK disasters we had for a few years.

I think Saban probably feels like if we were to have a good kicker and a good punter at the same time, it would be like crossing the streams a la Ghostbusters

His inability to get reps at tackle this year with the way things were going at RT for most of the season probably has some people questioning it. Hopefully it's a learning curve issue and not a physical one and he can come around next year.
