Looks like they should be on Texas A&Ms campus.

ETA- The town is a shithole, but Holly Springs, MS has a lot of antebellum homes. Grant had his HQ there one winter so he didn't burn the town down.

Since of lot of AU's campus was expanded in the 70's, the result is ugly 70's Soviet-style commie blocks. If you built in that time period, these soul-sucking edifices are what you got. AU is tearing that stuff down as fast as they can, thankfully.
