There are many players still on the team that are Odom recruits. It doesn't take 1 or 2 years to get rid of them. It takes about 4 years. Drinkwitz first great recruiting class is going to be this year. The players have yet been at the school and are not on the field playing right now. Got to recruit a couple of classes. The first year was not that great. COVID-19 and last minute for Drinkwitz to go through the process. That is why This one is so much better. So when that happens the team should be competing against much better. I guess you didn't get that.
Overall record 11-11. 5-5 in first year and 6-6 second year.

Damn, Pittman was able to improve this year, why couldn’t Drunktitz? In a tougher division as well.

Still doesn't explain why he regressed this year.
Same overall record but last year was an all-SEC schedule with no OOC cupcakes. Last year was all Odom recruits. This year was 3 years of Odom and 1 year of Drink recruits.
