I hate the fact that Auburn wants to play dress up every freaking game now. It's too much.

One game, maybe two, but I hate being told what to wear every freaking game.

Get off my lawn.

I hate the Orange overall. Blue - Yes, Whiteout - Yes, but no stripes and no orange.

Agreed.

But no one is stopping you from wearing whatever

Yea, I agree. I'm good with one stripe game, but every game this year, even away games, they are marketing wearing one color.

I like the default being orange, as it always makes the stadium look a little fuller and louder. Otherwise, wear what you want. If we want to do a blue out for one game, go for it. Generally though, just let the fans wear what they want and do something special 1-2 games each year.

Screw that. Orange looks like crap because there is so much variation. Give me navy as the default.

Pre-Tubs days.

I agree. Screw the orange color. We have a cheer that is 'Go big blue'. The only team in the SEC that yells for their orange is UT.
Gad. I go blue shirt almost every game and don't give a rip about the color scheme called for. As one guy said, 'Get off my lawn!'

no stripes

We look retarded when we try to do the stripes.

They keep the entire student section blue because 1) you aren't guaranteed a seat in a specific area and 2) the frat pledges all have their blue sport coats on.

Then you have people who either don't know or don't care what color their section is supposed to be, so you have chunks of another color inside a stripe. The ticket office has email address info for every season ticket holder. They could at least send out something say "Hey Joe Blow, you have seats in section 14. For this Saturday's game, we ask you to wear [orange/blue/white/purple paisley]

It's sad to see Tennessee pull off an orange and white checkerboard each year and we can't do a successful stripe. And then I think is it MSU or NMSU that they want to do the lower bowl one color and the upper decks another?

It’s really to just get you to buy that 100$ shirt in blue as well as orange.

That would be great if they would make the shirts s in both. Most of mine I’ve ever gotten in recent years just came in one color

Give me this

Rather that this

Stadium just naturally looks louder and fuller with no real difference. Much more electric looking atmosphere.

And this is coming from someone who mainly has navy shirts. The stadium still looks better in all orange.

I’d also do an opposite shaker colors from whatever the color is. If we are doing a wear navy game, give out the orange shakers. Opposite for the orange games. The contrast looks much better.

Agree. I don't remember wearing orange at games as the primary. Blue Yes Whit yep. Orange nope. Blue was the main color back then in the 80s there were some orange but Tubbs made it the main color when it never was. Oh well. if they want the right stripes then leave a Tshirt with the right color in each chair so you have it.
