Is week 1 the only stream only game or are there others?

Don't believe they've announced the full tv schedule yet. Wouldn't surprise me if another of the rent a win games is stream only, maybe homecoming.

ULM is 11:45 on SECN. Every game except for the 1st will be televised on the ESPN TV networks (not streaming only).

Guess it's about time to re-up ESPN+. I rage quit Hulu live w/ ESPN+ in the middle of the LSU game last year.

I got so freaking tired of Hulu needing a password every time I tried to watch something on my phone. I'd use the password saved in my phone and it would say incorrect password, even though it worked on my laptop, 2 rokus, Xbox, etc. Then when I'd have to change it to watch the game, I'd try to use the password that was incorrect... and Hulu would say that I can't use the old password.

How can my password be incorrect but also my old password? frick you, Hulu.

Spend $40 on a fire stick, watch a YouTube video on how to jailbreak it, and then take your pick of IPTV services. It took less than an hour to jailbreak and get signed up for the service. $20 a month (or $125 a year) for every channel, movie, PPV, etc. you can imagine. I probably won’t sign up for another month because I don’t like the interface of the service I chose but there are plenty of options out there. Also, I’m not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.

I believe it is a rule that only one game a year is a streaming game. The rest of the schedule will be a network game.............for SEC teams. I am not sure how other conferences work.

ESPN+ is $10.99 a month. Sign up and watch the game. Cancel at the end of the month. The first month used to be free. I am not sure if it still is.

ETA If you subscribe to the SECN, you get SECN+ for free. SECN+ is streaming the game.

I usually activate Sling with the sports package and ESPN+ for the football and basketball season. Sling has gotten up to $50, but hey, this is the only live TV/stream that I watch.

I thought the "SEC+" was part of the ESPN+ channel package. "SEC alternate" was available on cable or streaming services without ESPN+, but it was a different channel.

Q: What is the difference between SEC Network+ and ESPN+?

A: SEC Network+ is complementary to SEC Network offering exclusive digital events. It is accessible with your TV provider credentials and is available via the ESPN APP on smartphones, tablets, connected streaming devices or espn.com/watch.
ESPN+ is the industry-leading sports streaming service that offers fans in the U.S. thousands of live sports events, original programming not available on ESPN's linear TV or digital networks and exclusive editorial content from dozens of ESPN writers and reporters. Launched in April 2018, ESPN+ has grown to more than 22.3 million subscribers. ESPN+ requires a standalone subscription separate from your TV provider credentials. It is available to stream through the ESPN App on your favorite connected streaming devices and ESPN.com.

Fans sign up to ESPN+ for just $6.99 a month (or $69.99 per year) at ESPN.com, ESPNplus.com or on the ESPN App (mobile and connected devices). It is also available as part of The Disney Bundle that gives subscribers access to Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu for $13.99/month (Hulu w/ads) or $19.99/month (Hulu w/o ads).

Q: If a game is airing on both SEC Network+ and ESPN+ simultaneously, where do I watch?

A: Both streams will be available in the ESPN App. SEC Network authenticated subscribers of AT&T TV, Cox, DIRECTV, DISH Network, fuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, Optimum, Sling TV, Spectrum TV, Suddenlink, Verizon Fios, Xfinity TV, YouTube TV, Vidgo, members of the NCTC, as well as those with access to SEC Network through TV connected devices, can watch the game via SEC Network+. If you do not have access to SEC Network, you can access games via a subscription to ESPN+.

Do you think having to sort out where to find the broadcast loses some audience?

I have xfinity. I have Amazon prime. That’s it. I’m not planning to multiply my monthly bills to watch a game of any sort.

I guess the demand is there. When SEC redoes media rights do you think they go all in on streaming which I guess is the future? With a separate charge per game?

I think the Auburn/Alabama A&M game is very far down the list when negotiating the TV deal

We used to have PPV games when I was a kid so I just listened to the game on the radio. Streaming one game a year is better than that.

Maybe one day but I don’t think we’re anywhere close to that point.

I do too. I have the "sports package". It has a few outdoor channels, a bunch of other crap I don't watch, NBA TV, The B1G network, NFL Redzone, and SECN. IIRC, it's like $9.99 a month. It is worth it for us.

Had a similar issue but an update from them fixed the issue. Mine wouldn't work on the laptop but worked fine on the phone.
