In the Jake Thornton interview he raved about Tai Buster. Absolutely nailed that scouting report, and then without hesitation said.....he will be playing tackle, without a doubt, he has very long arms, he will be a tackle.

Believe Aaron Pittard found him, iirc. He’s a smart kid. We need to hang on to him as long as we can.

The new format is garbage and not broadcasting it anywhere is just stupid. Sucks they don't care enough about the fans to put any effort into it anymore. Part

Teams are using the broadcasts for scouting and tampering to get kids to go in the second transfer. Many teams are doing the same. Until there are contracts we will need to protect our talent as best we can.

If they want a player a spring game isn't going to be what sells them. Spring games don't matter for real football. Its purely entertainment for the fans.

Well it sounds like Mr. Pittard did a good job of scouting him.

It’s literally why coaches are not doing spring games and not televising. That’s not my opinion. That’s many coaches saying it’s because of tampering, but you do you baw. You know more I’m guessing. lol

I rather have a great season than a cool A-Day myself.

Continuing to hear good things about the Auburn Qb's.

Jay G Tate said that Arnold was looking very good and especially on deep balls. Said every deep ball he gave the receiver the chance to go up and get it. Said he only saw one bad throw, but missed what happened with jackson on it because he was watching CB/WR.

Said Preston Howard looked good at TE.

TE was one of my biggest question marks coming into the season.

Coaches are paranoid. Always have been. You think UGA isn't very aware of every player on our roster already? We are all recruiting from the same group. They know these guys already.

I don't think it has anything to do with identifying players, but more so with getting a glimpse into the depth chart which can give other teams ideas of potentially disgruntled players who might be easy targets to convince to enter the portal.

So lets say you have a Top 150 recruit from 2 years ago who shows up to A-Day and he is coming in with the third-stringers (clearly nowhere near the actual playing rotation). Georgia isn't going to want that kid, but a school like UCF might start floating the idea that he is stuck on the depth chart at Auburn and that he can come to UCF and play right away.

Teams like Auburn, Notre Dame, etc. wouldn't be afraid of their starters getting poached away. They would be afraid of depth pieces and young players getting poached.

Good news all around Smuphy.

Once we get further into spring and we get to see Arnold read the defense and run his progressions, we will see we have the real deal.

And these receivers better be running every play 100% or they wont see the field cause there are plenty of hungry ones behind them.

Pink said on the podcast that he is a lot more positive with the interior DL after watching practice. Sounds like Crawford and Autry are getting pleeenty of work. Older fellas stepping up.

All sounds right with the world, hope springs eternal

It’s good to hear they slid Zeke Walker inside. He was too slow to set the edge, but maybe he can plug up the middle.

As soon as round ball is over, expect the same blue sky jokers to be pumping that glorious sunshine.

I'm ready for some more activity. Its boring AF here even though we are hours away from going to the Elite Eight.

I thought so to Jville, you look at the roster now we have a lot of ends and edges. A too slow DE can be a quick DT, definitely need the help inside.
