Disappointing. I had high hopes for him. Just can’t seem to make plays in games that he does in practice.

I think some of these DBs couldnt crack the rotation, see this new class come in, and well the writing was on the wall.
I wish them luck, they stuck it out for a couple of seasons.

Cam had 7 catches for 128 and 2 touchdowns against A&M last year. He played the entire middle part of the season injured. As soon as he was healthy he went off for two games and was arguably our best player in the iron bowl.
I don’t think Simmons is a world beater by any means, but he can be an upper tier SEC starter.

I think turnovers might just be an extant part of the Freeze RPO system. His teams are notorious for it. Jang or somebody posted some crazy stat in another thread somewhere about the number of his teams that had 20+ turnovers. It was an eye popping number. Like 75%of the seasons he’s been a head coach.
