Freeze said we are still after 3 HS guys for this window. Edwin, Echols, and McCray are most likely those 3.

He does but he is not clear in how to use the portal. Admitted that he is learning as it moves forward. Counts on relationships and the portal moves to fast for that. Knows now they need to move a lot faster and not allow them to wait to come in. Most are signing on their first visit.
He will get it all in sync though. However, he feels there needs to be some calendar changes because everything is tied together and he says it’s almost impossible to handle high school recruiting, retaining your own players and the portal all clumped together. Will be interesting to see it all come together.
If you look at Kiffin he does decent at HS recruiting but is damn good at portal recruiting. Finding that balance and where you will get the right mix will be key.
