It’s like anything else where someone pans out and others don’t. We took Jamel Dean after Urban Meyer told him to go take a hike after two knee surgeries and he turned out awesome for us (4.0 GPA honor student to boot) and also in the NFL where he has won a SB.

I mean it’s pretty fair not to want to count on a JUCO safety.
JUCO is not what it used to be pre-portal. Every player is different but JUCO players aren’t really considered as reliable as they once were. But he could be good.
Just a difference in wanting to be positive until proven wrong or wanting to be negative until proven wrong.

I think the portal QB talk on the other page is just guessing. Hayes Fawcett, one of the big graphic guys, tweeted that multiple portal QBs would come off the board today. Nothing specific about who or which schools though.
