He was a freshman playing under the wrong coach. I'm not saying we should make him a starter, but I would love to get him and see how Bruce develops him. Coming out of HS I compared him to Chuma but slightly less good as a shooter, but way better as a passer.

I can't speak on why they would say that about his mom. He's from my city though, never heard a bad word about his mom.
If I had to guess UGA ended up with some extra money after their guy (its late and I can't remember his name lol) declared for the NBA and they are going to pay Reid and build the team around him next year. I'd still love for Bruce to touch base though. I just think he would thrive under his coaching.

Dude is fat as frick. Could never handle the tempo of Bruce’s offense and defense.

Biggest need is a shot blocker that can give us 20-25 minutes. Regardless of height although 6’10” or above would be ideal but remember we had a 6’7” shot blocker in McLemore

He’s had 3 years to “slim” down at some point you just have to admit the kid doesn’t have the self discipline.
That was conditional on his commitment to us prior that he lose I think it was 60 lbs before he would have enrolled. He barely lost any weight

The thing is he has slimmed down a good bit. He still has a ways to go to get the the minutes you'd need from him.
