What is the vibe around the individual programs and the program overall?

Since moving to the Austin area, I've received no news about the Pigs and haven't discussed them much with friends lately.

So, is it still doomsday for football? Will Cal revive the program? Is DVH finally going to get out of his own way to win the big one? LadyBacks, are they staying stagnant, on the rise, or just starting a downhill slide?

Football... most like more of the same, 7 win max

On CAL.. yep, Sweet 16 this year , his first, more time now. Should get another sweet 16/ likely elite 8 at least.
DVH... Helluva eval here.. No clue
Ladybacks, yes...with much improvement, however... still bottom of the league. But, what a climb it needs to be.

Funny thing is, Lady Back Softball might quietly be the best program on campus at the moment.
They are having a special season and Bree Ellis is having one for the record books.

(My daughter plays HS softball so we follow the college game pretty close by default.)
