Dueling family members it seems.

Not at all discounting your info but I spoke to a family member also and I was told Arkansas is absolutely a possibility but I wouldn't stake my reputation on it either way honestly.

The criticisms wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't the top prospect out of high school.

I doubt he has control over that and he should have been ranked much lower and people wouldn't be so disappointed.

My source says that next year we're going shirts at home, skins on the road. Inspired by Muss after the Kansas W.

Ham out.

AB looked better to me and I think he will have the better career in the pros.

Buddy of mine snapped a pic with AB at the Rangers opening day game. Figure his announcement will come tomorrow.

Speaking of AB, I watched Blocker play in the Geico National tonight. I think his team was seeded last, but they beat top seeded Monteverde. Blocker had a steal that led to the winning basket in the final minute.

Overall, he was a solid PG, but unspectacular. He doesn't make mistakes, but he's not a great scorer. His defense was good and he actually drew a couple of charges in the lane, despite looking like the smallest player on the court.

2024 target Liam McNeeley also played in the game. He doesn't look all that athletic and is mostly a shooter/scorer, but he does that well. I sort of question how well he would fit in our system, though.

I still want that FIU G Denver Jones.

That dude plays big at 6'4" gets off a pure shot and also plays great defense.

His tape looks phenomenal.

Yeah Walsh and Council hopefully return.

I love the idea of Council slashing to the rim and his mid range jumper with a wing that can shoot the 3 and Brazile on the floor to open up the lane with his ability to shoot the 3 for guys like Council to attack the paint where he thrives.

Work on the 3's some and Council is damn near a perfect player for our offense next year.

Baye Fall and Trevon Brazile is an exciting front-court.

Am I missing something or didn't Walsh already put something out about coming back next year?

I seem to be in the minority but I really think Ford is a guy that can develop into a solid player for us. Word down here is he is all Hog and is staying. Playing time is not a factor...... of course that can always change.
Ketron Jackson was all Hog one day and in the portal the next and I had a source on him that talked to him weekly.

Nothing about Walsh has been put out officially. He did make it seem like he would return post game of the UCONN game, but who knows?

I think we'll find out about Black who we expect to go pro. Word is the Mitchells haven't been in class for a while. They could be doing online classes though for all we know. Nothing on Graham, yet.

Ford seems like a great kid from radio interviews.

Yes sir/no sir type. Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s the type willing to wait his turn and learn

I have a feeling the twins are gone but I’m not sure where… probably not a huge demand for them since they’d have to sit out a year and I don’t see them going pro

I think they would be grad transfers now. They might not have to sit out.

Everything I’ve heard says no sitting anymore, unless they go within the conference outside of a certain time frame.

The NCAA has basically given up in hopes of not being sued out of commission.

My understanding was you now get 1 free transfer but have to sit out after that. I could have heard wrong though

His dad is a preacher down at Magnolia. Real good kid who was raised right. I really don't want him to leave the program but understand why he would. Getting stuck at the end of the bench on a team who can't keep a healthy roster doesn't sit well with some. Never the less he was always there cheering on his team.

I believe that is supposed to be the rule, but it isn’t working that way with lots of people like JT Daniels, Slovis, etc…

I think the free Covid year is allowing some people to take two grad transfer years instead of the normal one.
