One of them is hinting around to a return of some previous coaches but did not say who obviously. He was awfully giddy about it though
Forget Pruitt and Schumann. We are getting Joe Kines and Carl Torbush as Co-DC’s.

We're gonna get Bill Oliver out of the old folks home.

Maybe I missed this being mentioned before, but I read elsewhere that Tennessee responded to the NCAA notice of allegations on Nov 24th and the NCAA has 60 days to respond. Which hasn’t happened yet, and bylaws prevent them from discussing the case. I would imagine that includes discussing anything with Alabama related to clearing Pruitt. if that 24th date is accurate that would mean more clarity could be available on Pruitt by next week's the deadline for the NCAA response.

Perhaps Saban is waiting to see the NCAA response before he makes any decisions.

Not a good look for you. "If"

Had your said "when" I am correct you might have more confidence from those watching from the peanut gallery.

At this point I don't care if he weighs 500 lbs, has an alcohol problem, and a whole team of NCAA investigators following him around everywhere. WE NEED TO HIRE PRUITT GOD DAMMIT. I WANNA SEE ALABAMA RUN ONE MORE GOOD BLITZ BEFORE CFB ALL GOES TO HELL

ID GIVE MY LEFT NUT TO SEE PRUITT DRAW UP A BLITZ FOR TURNER AND LAWSON AT THIS POINT

Can the mods just automatically delete any more threads like this that pop up before a new dc/oc is announced? It's getting ridiculous and it's obvious that the people starting them have no actual inside knowledge at all.

I'd rather keep the bitching and moaning to one thread until we get an official release.

So no thread to post links on the entire coordinator and assistant coaching search?

But that is probably asking too much of this board now days.

Pete Thamel is speculating that Saban could stay in house for his DC hire.

You know what that means.

I'm mentally preparing myself for Grantham to get hired as the DC, and I will be pleasantly surprised with literally anyone else.
