Help me understand Roll Tide Willie

I do my best to pay attention to all things University of Alabama related. But I have zero idea who this guy is or where he came from. First I heard of him was during the Ryan Williams recruitment and everyone was like oh RT Willie is on it...we're good. And then I see him at practices and hanging with Theo Vonn and Im like WTH....who is this guy.
Is he a Finebaum thing? Tictok? Im at a loss and just want to know how he has been off my radar until the past couple of months.

Willie is an alcoholic redneck who went viral in a TikTok yelling “Don’t give a piss about nothing but the Tide”. His buddy who made the TikTok used that new found fame to turn Willie into a living Alabama football meme. Willie has deals with Barstool (Dave Portnoy has given money to rebuild his house) now and Druski (famous comedian) has kinda latched on to Willie as well. Now the sports teams have started bringing Willie around a little for fun. He and Ryan Williams hit it off on his visit right before recommitting. Honestly a funny side note kinda story that’s done some good for an old, crazy drunken Alabama super fan.
ETA: Willie still chugs Miller Lite like it’s water and obviously isn't in great mental or physical health but if you go look at the before and after since he’s become famous, it’s good to see.
