yep. Even with a healthy Robinson, that's our best bet.

Any new intel on B-Rob? How limited will he be or will he be able to go at all?

He’s limited today.

My understanding he feels a lot better than he did yesterday. My guess is he will with plenty of PT and proper care be available for the game. Now, as we all know he may reactivate that injury with one play.

Young looks his worst under pressure. Holds the ball too long. Protection will be a must. I would cue up some screens and try to get the defense on their heels.

Totally disagree.

He's made some of his most explosive plays under pressure. He's worked miracles this year under pressure. 3 and 10 from his own 3 vs auburn in the loudest stadium at any level that week he navigated pressure and delivered a strike downfield for the first down.

There is pressure, and then there is survival. He was attempting to survive last Saturday. No QB on Earth can remain perfect under that level of pressure for 4 quarters. It was a full-on assault, and at no time did his OC do ANYTHING to help him.

LOL....Without #9 this team is 6-6 or 7-5.

After the 3rd game it should not have been considered pressure but the Norm for a Bama QB (having to run for his life).

Bama could have used a scatback this cycle with this OL since none of our backs have elite speed/quickness.

If #45 is healthy and ready to play this week then use him as the Hback on the right side instead of #85.

Use the scheme Gus did with Jay Prosch and tell him 1st guy shows then sweep the leg. F Um.

I haven't heard anything good about BRob.

If he's not at least 90% I'd rather he not play. Really dont need to see a rerun episode of injured Bama player is a liability on the field in a big game. Maybe he's healthy enough to block on passing downs ?

Trey Sanders is ready for a larger work load, and there is not another game for a long time so it's time to empty the clip in this game.

I’m ok with Trey stepping in, he had a massive block on the final drive when we were pinned in the end zone. Had he not made it, we have a safety.

I thought it was Trey’s best outing for us in his career, which granted, isn’t a large sample. He had a couple decent 6-7 yard runs, a nice hurdle, and generally looked the part. He came up short in some short yardage situations, but it’s hard to blame those failures solely on him. As mentioned, he also stonewalled an unblocked LB in the end zone on 3rd down during the final drive that kept us alive. I have no problem with him playing significant time this week.

ETA: I absolutely hope that B Rob is available and healthy, but if he isn’t, we still have much bigger issues at hand than TS staring at RB.

I agree with you, I thought Sanders looked pretty good when he actually had a decent hole to run through. The 4th and 1 that he got stuffed on towards the end of the game really wasn't his fault, Cohen got completely manhandled and pushed into the backfield on that play.

I always worry before the season starts when we as fans (myself included) always say "Man, we are loaded at rb, if there's a position we can afford some injuries, it is at rb." With our luck I don't think 10 rb's on the roster are enough.I think I will just hesitate from now on saying "We are loaded at this or that position because you never know what unfortunate circumstances can happen.

Agreed. And if the o-line can't block that stout dawg defensive front, prepare to bounce it outside on every run.

Ga has fast linebackers, though. Running will be hard anywhere. 3rd and one or 4th and one, didnt even work on Auburn. We went o for 4 on the barn trying to run the ball.

Sure wish we had Jase and Roydell too. Crazy the injuries to one position like this year

I could name like 10 plays that went from "Hell yea" to "Oh no" in a matter of seconds. What a cluster of a game

Wild that Kyle Edwards would at worst be 3rd string right now, but instead he went into the portal and never came out anywhere.

I would be happy with a fullback and a blocking TE the whole game.
