re: Bama Football Tidings

I’ve complained over Roydell more than anyone but he’s been pretty good lately. As much as I love Jase I think Roydell has been better. He has burst and explosiveness.

Jase is tough and has good footwork but not much initial burst and pretty slow. Hopefully he’s healthy for the playoffs and he plays better. If he’s ready to go he’s going to get most of the carries with Roydell.

It’ll be the Jam/Haynes/Young show next year.

True, and it may be my paranoia but I've seen enough sports to see that certain teams do well against others. Match ups/ styles. BAMA gives UGA fits. It's Bama 2.0 and Nick et al seem to know how to attack it or are built to attack it. To me, Freeze and Sark know how to attack Bama. I don't know what Bama will do against UM power can UM just whip Bama at the LOS - I like Bama's odds there, but the edge speed and the stress on communications Sark can exploit that

Excited to see how Jalen grows in the off-season. He seems like the kind of guy that's going to work his tail off to get better.

Has Roydell announced he’s returning?
Unless I heard wrong, I thought I heard Brett Beard say that while interviewing someone on the Boomo Bug Show.

I was pissed at the Walter Camp snub on first teamers but AP did a much better job.

Bama leads with 5 total players on first and second team. Dallas, Latham and Kool Aid earn first team honors.

That’s more like it.

My bad. Arnold got first team. Not Latham.

Two first team All Americans at corner. When’s the last time that happened anywhere? Four All Americans in total on our defense.

Btw I think our guys will still feel plenty disrespected. All the talk has been how Bama didn’t deserve the spot. We’re the 4th ranked team. Michigan is still favored.

Anybody remember what happened last time we were the 4th ranked team in the playoff?

Was at the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame several years back, it was pretty cool seeing his section there & the the connection to UA.

I thought he might get into the rotation next year. Wish he was sticking around, but best of luck to him.

We’ll be playing at Oklahoma a week before the Iron Bowl next year.
