I don't see Jam Miller being drafted. He's a free agent if he enters the draft.

Parker Brailsford *

Hope he comes back. He's one of the top centers in the draft but centers aren't super highly valued so I doubt he'll be a first or maybe even 2nd RD pick.

I have a gut feeling we're going to have a lot of returning players this year instead of draft entries.

Booker and Brailsford are probably our best prospects and I think they're 2nd round grade players. Jihaad Campbell is definitely the best defensive prospect.

Anyone who declares for the draft with eligibility remaining other than those 3 is probably making a bad decision to be frank.

Milroe would be making a good decision. He's still rated the third or fourth best quarterback in the draft. The media is enamored with him despite everything, but another year of college at his level of play and I'm not sure that endures.

I see several people downvoted this. Could you please explain how you think Jam Miller, a RB, is going to be a first round draft pick? He's certainly not a first round pick and I don't see him as even 2nd or 3rd.
Some of you guys are delusional when it comes to Alabama's talent. That's why I call you superfans.

P.S. I remember some of y'all thinking Slade Bolton was going g to be a third-round draft pick.

I like Jam Miller and really hope he returns, but yea he won't be getting drafted anywhere before the 6th round or something (if that).

I remember that. He was an ok player for us but no where near NFL talent.

If that would be in the first round I don't see it. The NFL is truly going into the toilet if players like Milroe are top draft picks.
I believe a lot that "He's 3rd or 4th QB" comes from hype. And then you get someone like Kiper who watches a highlight reel of Milroe's greatest plays so "Yah this guy is really good"". I don't believe there's any real analysis that been done yet and none that's out there available to the public.

The ones I think should go with a couple of toss ups...

QB: Jalen Milroe

OL: Tyler Booker, & Jaeden Roberts (depending on his grade)

DL: LT Overton (he will be drafted high)

LB: Jihaad Campbell & Deontae Lawson (Depends on his grade)

CB: Domani Jackson (he has a good season so depending on feedback he could test the waters)

Who I thinks TRANSFERS offensively...

QB: Lonergan (Possibly)

RB: Justice Haynes (Depends on Jam), & Richard Young

WR: Jaren Hamilton, Emmanuel Henderson (Possibly), and Bubba Hampton

OL: Elijah Pritchett

Both 26 and 22 are good but not elite.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if 0 returns. He won’t be able to workout pre draft and could come back as a captain and improve his draft position.

This guy is probably not even the top dozen on the board at his position. I like him but he needs another year and more production.

He was in the top 5 in the nation for QB pressures for a good while.

I'd add that unless someone loves Jalen Milroe like the Colts loved Anthony Richardson, I could see Alabama having no 1st round picks this year. Booker is the closest but he's a guard and not the only high quality guard in the draft besides. Brailsford is more like top 5 at his position in a position where not many go early. Jihaad Campbell is another guy who is top 5-10 at his position at a position that doesn't have exceedingly high value since he's not really an edge rusher backer.

I think the vast majority of the draft eligible underclassmen should return for next season. They're getting paid these days. No use to risk ending up being drafted for depth and getting cut to the practice squad before next Fall.

The NFL agents and franchises love gassing up these guys into declaring but they're cut throat when it comes time to cut paychecks.

Yep, but production fell off down the stretch. Clearly needs to work on expanding his game because the conference opponents had a book on his strong suits and better talent to engage with him.
