Would love to flip Jarrett but seems like the staff has focused in on Smith as the WR to add to the class. If we could land him and add maybe 2-3 of Burch, Webb, Washington, McClellen that would be a great close to this class.

Think he may be talking about mcellan(who was once a 5 star at one point). Bama has only visited Rakim Jarrett once and only sent huff. Don’t know who else it would be besides those two

I doubt that the visits list I've posted includes every recruit that's been visited by every Bama coach.

Right now, it seems everything is just an educated guess. Surge is the most educated about this stuff, so let's just trust him and keep our fingers crossed. Recruiting has really turned into a mess Thanks for everything you do, Surge. If it wasn't for you, I'd just give up on keeping track of things. You're a patient man, and we could all learn a thing or two from you

If this has been posted, I apologize, but will Cohen enroll early?

I think with a little time getting stronger, he could be another Chris Samuels.

Also, the allstars are either playing Kennedy out of position, or he needs to be coached. The poor guy had no idea what to do when the OL got their hands on him

Thanks. I can clarify the "mess" some, but who we'll land is still educated guessing.

On Dec 6, I posted the following breakdown of Bama's early signing period priorities (updated below for Cohen commitment). Tim Watts also did a breakdown tonight and his matches mine.

Priorities for Early Signing Period - Dec. 18-20
(Early signees^ / enrollees* | February signees°)
28 spots - 20 early signee commits = 8 targets:
RB - Jase McClellan*
WR- Arian Smith^ &/or Rakim Jarrett°
TE - Darnell Washington° &/or JJ Pegues^
OL - Broderick Jones°
DL - Jordan Burch^ &/or McKinnley Jackson°
LB - Phillip Webb^

#recruitingisfluid

Note: I'll add this breakdown to the bottom of this thread's 2nd post for quick & easy access.

I might be in the minority, but I hope Edwards stays with us even if we get the flip. He isn't a breakaway type guy, but he'll be more effective than BRob

Just because of numbers id like to see one of the RBs go away. Edwards would be my choice

Bro, Jones looked Great against Auburn(Sans 2 pick 6s)

No, he did not.

It doesn't matter how much you guys repeat this. Mac was not good and those two pick sixs you guys want to ignore is part of what cost us the game.

Not at you but I was not even really criticizing Jones earlier in my post but Jones is not Tua as he was a once a lifetime player for UA.

We also have to establish the run game or no matter who we return on D will struggle if they continue to remain on the field as long as they have the past 2 seasons.

Honest question do y’all think UGA is gonna slip back some in recruiting since they haven’t been able to get it done in 4 years and the Shine of Kirby is wearing off?

I'm not one to kick a Dawg while he's down, but it sure feels like Georgia missed their window doesn't it?

I agree they are but hrs still recruiting at a high level! What's up with the Rutledge kid or whatever his name is? Didn't he reach out to us when Pittman left?

It's literally been 72 hours, sean.

Calm down liddle fella. If there is some more chatter between Ratledge and Bama it will be posted here as quickly as possible.

Tim Watts said last night he was told Damieon George still has a spot and that if anyone currently committed were to sign elsewhere it would probably be Jayson Jones.

Ratledge goes to a private school in my home town. Kirby and new OC Matt Luke was here yesterday watching him and another UGA commit Cade Brock work out. If Tate is wavering Kirby is making sure he shores up any doubts. If we’re interested we need to move fast.
