A year late or Buffalo would have been in the Super Bowl

I kinda always liked the gang coming out to measure to be only a count hair short

They could put sensors in the balls. No one would ever notice weight-wise and it would be incredibly accurate.

I've been saying this for years. We have the capability to map out a complete football field with sensors, as well as the ball. It would completely take the refs out of the game. Just some movement calls. Guess we will have to figure out a way to have a camera on each lineman to figure out the infamous HOLDING call that many teams get away with on important drives.

They've been using sensors to make line calls in tennis for decades.

I believe that's what they do in the USFL. It speeds up the game and there is really no room to argue the call.

Just round up to the nearest yard line every time there’s a first down so chains aren’t needed.

Exactly. This idea is so simple. Probably too simple.

This will make its way to the NCAA and Bama’s AI will magically spot 2 yards extra.
