He'll get to continue his playing career in the UFL, despite being signed as a undrafted free agent by the Washington Commanders following the conclusion of the 2024 NFL Draft.

No most of the UFL guys are in NFL camps but the team that drafted them has first dibs on their rights. You don’t want to draft someone too good who will stick on an nfl team long term.
