Redshirt junior Georgia quarterback Faton Bauta announced Thursday that he will be transferring to another school and will not play in the Bulldogs’ upcoming bowl game.

Bauta has already graduated and will be eligible to play at another school as soon as next season.Per GeorgiaDogs.com:
quote:

“At this time, I feel that the best option for me is to explore a new opportunity for my final year of eligibility. But I will always be thankful for my years in red and black, for Coach Richt and the coach he has been to me.”
Bauta's only start of the season was in the Bulldogs 27-3 loss to No. 11 Florida. He finished 15-for-33 for 154 yards and four interceptions.

Wish Bauta the best wherever he goes. Kinda unfair to put the blame all on his shoulders for the Florida game - our entire team sucked arse that day.
