Dawgs win game 3 by a score of 5-4.
We pulled out the 2-2 on our hardest week of the season all while Charlie ascends the throne as our undisputed GOAT
31-12 (10-11) as we play @KSU, host Vandy, travel to COLA, and finally host Florida.10 more games and we need at least 4 more SEC wins to cement our spot in the postseason

We just went 2-2 against 2 top 5 teams. We just beat the #1 team in baseball on the road. Not sure what your expectations are, but we are certainly not underachieving in baseball this year

Whatever. They check hands and gloves very frequently. If he was putting something on his glove pregame, no chance it makes it into the game for long.

My crusty old negative arse was thinking 0-4... 1-3 at the best.
Great job with our pitching/bats to go 2-2 vs #1 & #5 , any SEC team would take that mid season.
If game 2 vs aTm was a 4-3 game the whole vibe would be different. .. .

Proof of concept and momentum is the season-long goal here. Theres enough talent in the state, they just need a reason to come to Athens. Omaha in year 1 isn’t necessary, just being in the convo is enough. The attention Charlie is bringing doesn’t hurt either

As a former baseball coach, he definitely is getting some of tack / sticky stuff in the ball. Hopefully, he quits doing this going forward before we get hit with some ncaa crap

Unless they bust multiple guys in a game with it, it’s only a 4 game suspension for anyone caught.

At this point, what do they have to go on? A video of him squatting in the corner doing something no one can see. That's circumstantial. Unless they can find something on his glove, which at this point they won't, there is nothing anyone can do.

To be clear, I mean anyone caught by an umpire mid game. I have neither the time nor the patience but I promise I could go back through A&Ms (or literally any other teams) games this year and compile a similar grouping of suspicious clips from the mound (kind of wish LSU fans had the gall to video A&M pitchers being weird in their dugout this weekend but I suspect only A&M fans are inclined to secretly video opposing teams)

Latest projections have us as a 2 seed at Clemson (D1) or Duke (BA).
Clemson would be easy to travel to but suck as an opponent. I’d be fine with Duke; we owe those bastards.
We are in a great position to host ATM but are hampered by having so many likely hosts already in the SEC. Basically competing with Vandy, MSU, Bama and Carolina for hosting spots down the stretch as A&M, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas are virtual locks to host. That likely leaves 1 hosting spot (maybe 2) left for 5 SEC teams that could make an argument right now
