Last I checked, reaching over to give the second baseman a nut check while attempting to turn a double play is illegal. Grabbing men's balls, while encouraged at UT, is frowned upon in college baseball.

"Contact with a fielder is legal and interference shall not be called if the runner makes a legal slide directly to the base and in the baseline extended."
They must have forgotten to add, "unless the contact is with the fielder's nuts".

He didn't make a "legal slide" or directly to the base. Again, HE LEANED OVER deliberately to interfere and wound up directly on BAMA nuts. How fitting.
