This is significantly better than dodging gunfire walking into Turner Field.
Summerhill has never been that neighborhood. There were and still are issues but by major inner city neighborhood standards Summerhill has always been relatively mild, at least in my 58 years. The Braves and I arrived in Atlanta the same year and there is no doubt that Fulton County Stadium made the area safer than say Vine City or even Cabbage Town but the area has been relatively safe since the mid 60's. Compared to Conyers and Mayretta of course it seems dangerous but it really hasn't been notoriously unsafe in at least 50 years. I spent more time than most people who have never lived in Summerhill from 1984-1996 and compared to growing up in the West End and East Point Summerhill always seemed kind of like the suburbs. It is really nice today...

Arkansas should be about to do this easily. Most of our facilities are in a string.

I have been more times than I can count and it is one of the best atmospheres in the business. Parking isn’t great and most likely you will have to walk a decent distant or take some sort of ride share/Uber. But they do have parking lots across the interstate and you can walk across pedestrian walk bridges. Walhburgers and Murph’s are to fabulous places to eat. Wahlburgers is convenient and and inside the Battery. The Braves done great moving locations. This place makes Turner field and its surrounding area look like a dump. You can actually walk around at night before and after games and not worry about being robbed, or harassed by homeless people.

Should be able to since we basically do bullpen games every 3 nights out these days
May get Soroka back before then. That will be a big boost to the rotation. He has been impressive this year.

Braves leaving that area has left a void that may well set the area back significantly.
That area was already setback long before the Braves left. You would think when they built it they would have redone the roads all around Turner field. But nope, they still had cobble stone roads on the back side last time I attended a game. Driving on it about knock your tires out of balance. Also you had 2 shaded hotels and 1 restaurant next door. The Bullpen was actually pretty good, but the those 2 hotels was ghetto out. I checked into the comfort inn before a night game on the weekend, and when I returned my sons IPod, and my wife’s IPad was stolen out of the room. We went to front desk and was told sorry but no one here can help. We called the law, and to no surprise got any help from them. We demanded refund and checked out immediately. They refuse to give refund on site and it took me calling corporate the following Monday to be able to get that refund. That was the last time I actually attended a game at Turner Field.

Might as well go all NFL with the new super league system.

What is G2? They are building this on top of G10 garage (which sucks for people who had G10 top parking passes).

Is correct. Don’t know what I was thinking, guess I had a Biden moment. But as you stated sucks if you had G10T. That was prime tailgating. Also even worse for the ones that sold their tickets. No more ripping people off for $2000 for a parking spot just to tailgate.
