I agree with you KingofTexas. Any team that would put a girl on an SEC football field in the name of "wokeness" should be expelled immediately.

Exactly. How many NC's, in any of the 3 major sports have your teams won? Vandy's got 2 last time I checked & threaten almost every year. Plus its fans here keep their yaps closed. Listen more, talk a lot less & earn your place at the Big Boys' table.

I get they're an original member of the league and they gave the conference some much needed academic cred, but you have Texas for academics now which makes little sense to keep Vanderbilt. I don't think they care much about football anyway.

Vandy is probably one of the reasons Texas agreed to join the SEC...They respect the schools with great academics..

The tshirt fans might feel the way you do, but I guarantee the BOR at Texas won't feel that way about Vandy..

Vandy is currently SEC, you are not. You also have a losing record to them in football. Vandy is one of us and always will be because their inclusion means the SEC has a private school, a great academic school, and a bitchin baseball program.

Not necessarily.
Another board I’m on had a sip fan post about getting rid of Vandy the day after the SEC voted. The arrogance is a result of yalls inbreeding.

I do not know when, but it will happen. I see at least 2 to 3 SEC schools that will fail to make the cut. And it will not only be because of Texas but every major brand will do this. The money will get bigger but the program distributors and sponsors will only pay for those schools that can give them a return on their investment. So you see, reality does not care if anyone agrees or likes it or not. It is going to happen.

Your fantasy world doesn't apply to the SEC. texas will have no pull and if they start childishly kicking and screaming wanting their way they will be shown the door.

This move will be texas' worst nightmare.

okie will do just fine.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: I would take ten Vandy’s over one Texas.

Vandy is an original member of the SEC and is good in multiple sports. They’re here to stay.

1. Baseball is an important SEC sport. You need to learn this.

2. Vandy is a bigtime baseball power.

3. Texas is at the very back of the SEC "bus", behind Vanderbilt. Learn your place, son.

Based on Texas’ football status in recent years, Texas has less to contribute than Vandy.

Shut up and take your seat at the back of the bus. Taking you in was just the cost of admitting a true contributor in Oklahoma.

I doubt Vanderbilt delivers the Nashville market and they have no interest in football which drags down the rest of the conference by association.

Yeah totally drags down the conference by association… They’ve been there from the very beginning, and they’ve dragged down the conference so much that it’s become the premier conference in America and has you and Oklahoma begging to be a part of it. Idiot.
