John Wayne Oliver is committed to us. Goes to CPA in Nashville and I kinda roll my eyes when people say this but I actually do believe he is criminally underrated. He looks incredible and plays with a mean streak that we’ve been lacking on the offensive line for 4 years. I’m very excited about him coming here

Ranting, what is the back story on this. Some of the other boards have said somebody on the staff pissed off his Father. Hell the young guy in the recruiting beat at the Grove had veiled comments about his Dad saying “don’t you know who that is” (I sort of put it together after he said a recruits Father said that during a weekend that Jimothy visited and worked out with Garrison)

I'm not sure about the family situation but I know state payed him 10k for a commitment this summer. The people I know are on staff so if they pissed someone off they're probably not gonna admit it

2025 four-star athlete Darnell Williams commits to Ole Miss
5'11 and like 180 pounds. Not sure what position we view him as but the lead recruiters were Golding and Nix.
Not ranked by 247 but is a 4* on Rivals and On3. Both have him as the #2 recruit in Arkansas for next year.
