Pio, do Hispanic people ever eat carrots?

Sets of Hispanic families are our friends going back half a century or more, I've dated two Hispanic women, and we have Hispanic people in our family, and I've never seen one carrot among any of them

I'm afraid to ask why because I'm already the black sheep of the family and I don't want to slip up and make it worse



I THINK I've seen a few diced carrots in Chinese chicken fried rice, so Asian people are in the lead over Hispanics on carrots

Yes. If you like pickled spicy food you might like it, I don't.

I've seen my son-in-law eat a chicken pot pie with carrots in it as well if that counts.

It's a good question.
It got me thinking, do Italians eat turnips?
You never see turnips on a pizza.
