His 247 comp is drum roll………..

Chase Daniel.

Maybe Chase recommended/approved of him to Drinkwitz.

Getting Jeremiah Beasley in the portal is a great pickup. He will still be a true freshman this fall. He early enrolled in January at Michigan. If he doesn’t play a game this year he still has 4 years of eligibility and has already used his portal year.

Surprised he chose Michigan over Michigan State. He had 5 unofficial visits and 1 official visit to Michigan State and 1 official to Michigan. We were his last P5 offer and his last visit before committing to Michigan.

Williams Nwarnei, Brian Huff, Cameron Keys, Ryan Wingo, and Darrion Dupree were on their official visit the same weekend as Beasley. Must have been a good weekend to get 4 of 6. We probably still get Wingo after he hits the portal from Texas.

Williams is a good player, but he wasn't being pursued because we needed him, it was a flex. We were included with OU, TX and LSU. At that point, Mizzou had already won.

Williams 2023 3 sacks, 4.5 TFL
Sterling Webb 2023 4 sacks, 6 TFL

Both 2 years left to play, 6'2" and 300lbs.

Like it or not, if Wingo even hints at the portal our NIL Collective will put together a smoking deal for him to come home. He's the direct heir (from St Louis) to Luther Burden. Mizzous success and engagement with St Louis is huge to our future. It would be a "Business Decision" on both sides.

For all the shite talked on message boards, every Mizzou fan would welcome him if he decided to flip next season. But he is not on the same level as Burden

Not many people are on his level. Wingo’s not even the 3rd best receiver on Texas

Man I don’t even think J-Mac was on Burdens level as a receiver. The only one who was, even with two bum arse knees, was DX.

You misunderstand...I never said he was on Burdens level. Wingo is a 5 star from St. Louis, St Louis must be engaged to Mizzou at all costs. This is a "Business Decision." Mizzou has lost Schrader, and Burden and Cook are next. St Louis didn't produce a high profile recruit for 2025, so if Wingo starts sniffing, the NIL Collective will start baking snacks.
