Aight I'll say what has to be said. Arnett has to be fired.

This was not a rebuild year. In fact quite the opposite.

There are a few factors here why it has to happen: 1. The defense that was supposed to be the consistent item in the transition is somehow the worst defense I've seen since 2003 State? Idk this is bad.

2. Arnett chose to disrespect the legacy of Leach by ditching the air raid. And half of you were cheering this on, but for those of us that knew that this team that won 9 games last year was built on, we knew this was a disaster.

3. At this point what SEC team do you think we beat? We already saw us lose to one of the worst SEC teams on the road in South Carolina. Think we will actually win against Arkansas, Auburn(who always cheats at Jordan Hare), or Texas A&M? Or how about ranked Kentucky or Ole Miss? Ole Miss had no problem against the same LSU defense we couldn't move the ball against.

The good thing about us bottoming out. Our boosters/and will only respond to Ole Miss being better and us having a losing record. I can safely say that is easily the case now. It's time to burn it down and start over.

With the right coach who can pull from the portal they won’t have to. We know the problem of the offense was ditching the scheme but the defense is just embarrassing with the exception of two players.

Go after a big name now so that they can announce in November and we can hit the portal hard. This is they way people are building teams now and it’s time to catch up.

Said this a few weeks ago. This is a disaster and the apologists who run and support the athletic dept will be saying the same things we’re saying now in 2 years.
