I hope Saban is heavily involved in planning on acquiring a great up and coming coach. The shoes are too big to fill for Bama to bring in a big legacy name with an ego. We need a younger humble hustler with talent and willing to be guided by Saban. Any big name will need to be 2 loss or less or they’ll be underachieving and the tension will be immediate. A sharp up and coming coach won’t have the same expectations for himself and from the school and fanbase.

Kiffin has done nothing to warrant coaching at the premiere program in college football. Good OC, but he's won nothing as a HC.
