Yep, and while I think it can't possibly be better than the Gray hire (5-stars excited over a positions coach tells you everything you need to know), if we get a good recruiter and a decent developer we'll be in business.

The names that are getting floated out there are all good coaches.

The Gray hire was a homerun. It turned a negative situation of losing a position coach to a rival into a positive. Que Mullen quote of "lateral move." Gray can pick up where he left off. Chad Wilson singing his praises tells me everything.
