Man, the talent in Missouri is really good this year. We need to clean up with our instate offers.
We actually had all 10 instate offers on campus at the same time yesterday. Hopefully it made an impression.

Seen all the momentum for Babb is to OSU. What are you hearing?

Could be. I know the visit was a hit with all of the guys, but we won't get all of them. Wouldn't surprise me if Babb went to OSU
I'd say Babb and Trout are the two most likely to go elsewhere.

Which means nothing...
See Bama's stock pile of LBs and LSU's needs.

DBs are never developed well at Bama, as opposed to LB and DT. IMO the successful DBs have just been extremely talented athletes that excelled in spite of not being developed, I.e. Minkah. This is why y'all are so vulnerable to the pass.
I still think Alabama fans are CRAZY for wanting to get away from the West Coast, east and west passing game and go back to the power running game. That style of play works well for Alabama bc of the talent level and how it puts their best athletes in space to make plays. Running sideline to sideline wears the defenses down and keeps the Bama defense off the field and as fresh as possible.

OK buddy.
But before I go, let me just paste this here:
quote:
New York Giants strong safety Landon Collins finished third in the balloting for The Associated Press' NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award for the 2016 season.
The former Alabama All-American came in behind Oakland Raiders defensive end Khalil Mack and Denver Broncos outside linebacker Von Miller. Mack won the award with 18 votes, one more than Miller received from the panel of 50 selectors.
Collins received nine votes for the Defensive Player of the Year Award.
In his second NFL season, Collins had 125 tackles, 100 solo tackles, four sacks, five interceptions (including one returned for a touchdown) and 13 passes defended. He became the first player in NFL history with at least 100 solo tackles, two sacks, five interceptions and 12 passes defended in the same season.
The performance earned Collins a place on the 2016 All-Pro team and his first invitation to the Pro Bowl.

How many LSU DBs have been a conference defensive player of the year like Collins?
And that's not a troll question. Has any LSU DB been awarded something like that?

The poster said that Bama doesn't develop DBs. You responded by posting the accolades of one Bama DB as if you showed him. Obviously, Collins was a great college DB and has had a successful pro career so far, but that's one guy. I don't blame you for trying, but Bama can't hold a candle to LSU when it comes to DBs.

So, no one.

No one, but we have more all pro defensive back accolades by multiple players over the past decade. So there's that.
