I backed up the DVR to check it, sounds like he might have said "rascal" but could have easily been "bastard". He said it under his breath a little.

I didn't hear it, but "rascal" is one of his signature descriptions.
Musberger is great - one of the best there is and his voice speaks "big game" to me. Wish he was not relegated to SEC Network games.
