How does soaked field affect FSU-OM game?

Front will be moved on well before kickoff.

Improvements have been made to the Citrus Bowl field since that god-awful 2009 LSU-PSU slopfest.

Probably...and this is just a guess here...benefits the team with the best running back in football.
