Not sure if it was jindal, but the idea to allow movies/shows to shoot tax free seems to have been a good idea overall revenue wise.

I'm from Marksville and Solomon Northrup was freed in the Marksville courthouse. The story takes place in Avoyelles Parish mostly. Never thought I'd ever hear "Marksville" and "Cheneyville" mentioned in a major motion picture.
