Listen, you little turd. 3 years is ample time for a coach to put his own team together. Any good things that happen from year 3 and on are the responsibility of the current coach. Jay Johnson’s first class would be juniors right now. Also, he could have signed transfers over the last 3 years to fill holes in the team.

Arbitrary rule. So he gets no credit for last year it’s just after year 3? Your biases are really showing now. I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve any blame btw.
