re: Vandy whistler

I've heard he's a lawyer and threatens to sue if told he'll be removed - he would lose. When I cruise the channels and see Vandy playing baseball, I won't watch, not even for a second. His act is annoying and schools have a right to toss him out if they want. They can do it for cowbells, flashing lights, and all sorts of things that disturb others, cause a distraction, interfere with broadcast sound etc.
