Fukkin Obama gets it for "changing the tone" and then gives a speech that justifies the use of force in the furtherance of obtaining peace.
But I can't think of a worse idea than giving our SF free reign inside of Mexico to pursue the cartels. Forget lack of cooperation from Mexico, you make regular Americans in Mexico all targets as well.
Here's a novel approach.....don't do drugs. Stop the consumption and the demand.
