Well, Carroll didn't deny her allegations in that interview. She just said weird, uncomfortable crazy shite. There's a viable argument as to relevance (although, I think it should have come in as "state of mind" evidence).

Her entire story was the plot of a Law and Order SVU show. The one her lawyers were telling the judge never existed.
