$35 in BR for the owner of the hair place to do it and she takes her time.
$40 in ATL an ex-con Dominican to frick me up with clippers for 3 minutes.
So I just grow my hair and see my lady when I’m in BR.

Been cutting my own hair for decades and have probably gone through 4-5 clipper sets over that time.
I can only remember one haircut from a barber back in the early 2000's when caring for my now late father-in-law up in Mansura. He was wanting a haircut and I drove him to his favorite, and probably only shop in town and he got his haircut and while there I decided to do the same.
Before that I think my last professional cut was when I was a high school senior in 1970.
I actually toyed with the idea of letting a barber cut my hair just last week, then went into the bathroom and did it myself once again prior to shaving and taking a shower.
Out of nostalgia I was thinking about heading down to "Da' Parish" and visit Pelligrini's Barber Shop and let Jerry's son cut my hair since Jerry was my go-to guy when I was still in school and we'd talk boxing while he cut my hair.
