Not 15 years, but i'm on year 10 of my 2015 Fusion. Bought initially as a commuter but can't bring myself to buy anything new.

Sitting at 177k miles and no real issues overall. When it comes time, I'll be buying a Toyota and probably keep it for 10 years also

Just bought a 2024 Camry this week, starting a new 10 year cycle. Traded in a RAV4. Drove great, 115,000 miles, just needed a new axle when I traded. Given the dealer's offer for the trade, felt like the sweet spot to finally let it go.

Apparently, this was the last year that Toyota was offering gas-only (non-hybrid) Camrys, so that also pushed me to go ahead and make the move.

I had one that I rode until it died. And it got totaled due to a wreck that destroyed the frame rather than any mechanical issues.

Doesn’t help that book value for an old car sucks, meaning any damage raises the chances significantly of considering it totaled.
