Cardwell was one of the most important pieces on AUs team last year. Go back and look at the reactions when he got hurt.
And Bama clearly got better on defense by adding Omoruyi. So what is your point?

Every puzzle piece gets that reaction. Even Lior had his role and was missed when he got hurt.
