A - From what I saw on YouTube, the concern is only the 1st round (so Teams 5-12).
B - Still would like to know the solution if you (the committee) have to drop a team to prevent a rematch in the 1st round.

this should never be an option.. the 12 teams should be the 12 teams.. the top 4 should be set most of the time. only have to figure out fhe seeding..
so that leaves 8 teams.. try to get the matchups as fair as possible and try to avoid rematches..
It could be simple. but of course it won’t be.
