Delsym for cough and saline nasal spray +\- afrin for the runny nose (for no more than 3 days). Real sudafed is good. If your cough is triggered by a sore/scratchy throat do chloraseptic lozenges. Two teaspoons honey decreases nocturnal cough in kids so maybe it works in adults, if you want something natural.
